No two pieces are identical. This is intentional.

Custom & Made-to-Order Work

All custom, made-to-order, and ceremonial floral pieces are final sale.

Because these works are created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or revisions once production has begun.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic documentation.

Shipping

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit but will assist with claims when applicable.
