It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

8. Nature of Products

House of Juliet specializes in heirloom, fresh, and dried floral work. Due to the seasonal and natural nature of flowers, variations in color, shape, and composition are to be expected.

Substitutions may be made when necessary, while maintaining the overall aesthetic and value of the arrangement.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To request a resolution, you must provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review each case individually and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

10. Workshops and Experiences

Workshops and on-site experiences are limited and offered on a seasonal basis.

All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In certain cases, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel workshops due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
